1. Time

You have 14 days to change your mind. The period runs from receipt of the piece by you or by a person you have designated. If it ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. For an order delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last parcel.

2. How

Write to contact@morosko.ma or call +212 6 84 73 08 21 before you ship the parcel.

Give the order number and the piece.

Return address: 21, Rue de Syrie, VN, BP 30000 Fès, Maroc.

On the CN23 customs declaration, tick "Returned goods" and state your order number.

You can use the model withdrawal form annexed to the Terms of Sale (CGV, in French).

You can also withdraw directly online, from the “Withdraw from contract here” page (link at the bottom of every page).

3. Condition of the piece

You may try the piece as you would in a shop, to check its nature, characteristics and proper working. If it has been handled beyond that (worn, washed or damaged), you can still withdraw, but the refund may be reduced by the amount of the resulting loss in value (article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code). Please send it back well protected, in its original packaging if possible.

4. Return shipping cost

You pay the cost of sending the piece back (article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).

We pay it if the piece is faulty, not as described or damaged on arrival, or if we made a mistake in the shipment.

5. Refund

The refund is in euros, on the same payment method.

We refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the piece or until you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earliest (article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code).

If you withdraw from the purchase, the price of the piece and the original delivery cost (standard rate) are always refunded (article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code). If delivery was free, there is no delivery cost to refund.

If you withdraw, in full or in part, Morosko refunds the delivery cost paid for the order (€25 flat fee), once per order. No delivery cost is charged afterwards, including when an order delivered free of charge falls below the €190 threshold.

The customs duties and import VAT paid by Morosko stay at our cost: nothing is deducted from your refund.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to a piece made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example a piece made to your measurements or marked with your name (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). The numbered pieces of the ATLAS collection, the signed card, choosing a size in our size guide and making a piece after it has been pre-ordered do not constitute personalisation: these pieces remain covered by the right of withdrawal.
