Delivery to France all-inclusive, nothing to pay on delivery.
1. Route
Pieces are made in Fès (Morocco), then brought to France, where Morosko clears them through customs. They are shipped from Paris. We deliver to metropolitan France only.
Europe, United Kingdom and Switzerland: coming soon.
The parcel is sent tracked, by Colissimo or an equivalent carrier. The tracking number is sent by email when the order is shipped.
2. Price and delivery time
All-inclusive delivery to France is free from €190 of purchases, for all pieces (ATLAS collection and partner artisans), calculated after discounts; below €190, a single flat fee of €25 per order, regardless of the number of pieces or artisans. Morosko pays shipping, never the artisan.
The shipping price is shown before payment, in euros. The amount shown is the amount paid: it includes the price of the pieces, shipping, customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees.
The delivery date is the one shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. For pieces from the ATLAS collection, shipments from Paris start in January 2027.
After shipping, allow 2 to 5 working days in general. If no date is shown, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order.
If the agreed date is not met, we let you know and you can cancel your order: you are then refunded in full.
Prices in euros, customs duties and import taxes included, delivery to France all-inclusive. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
3. Delivery
Delivery is to the address given in the order.
If the parcel comes back because the address was wrong, the cost of a second shipment is paid by the customer.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
Our pieces reach you already cleared through customs, “duties and taxes paid”. Morosko declares them to customs on their arrival in France and pays the customs duties and import VAT itself.
You have nothing to pay on delivery, whatever the order amount.
If a carrier still asks you for money, do not pay it: first write to contact@morosko.ma or call +212 6 84 73 08 21. If you have already paid, send us the receipt: we refund it within 14 days of receiving it.
5. Returns

If you withdraw from the purchase, the price paid and the original delivery cost (standard rate) are refunded. The customs duties and import VAT we paid stay at our cost: they are never deducted from your refund.
