Terms of Sale
morosko.ma — Applicable from 22 October 2026
Only the French version is legally binding.
These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed on https://morosko.ma when card payment is open on the Site, and to the rewards of the Ulule “ATLAS” crowdfunding campaign run by Morosko, under the conditions of article 5 ter. Morosko is the sole seller of all items offered. Prices are shown in the following format: 148,00 €.
1. Purpose and seller
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern the sale of items presented on https://morosko.ma (the “Site”) between Morosko and any person who places an order (the “buyer”).
Morosko is the seller of all items sold on the Site and the only party that collects the price. The contract of sale is concluded exclusively between the buyer and Morosko.
Seller: MOROSKO, trade name of Ghali Khomsi, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIREN 995 260 460, registered office at 35 rue du Sergent Bauchat, 75012 Paris, France
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI)
Contact: contact@morosko.ma · +212 6 84 73 08 21
In these Terms of Sale, “Morosko” means this seller.
2. Artisans and workshops
The items are designed and made by partner artisans and workshops, who are suppliers of Morosko. Morosko buys the items from these suppliers and resells them to the buyer, in its own name and on its own account. Morosko does not act as an intermediary or agent of the artisans and collects no money on their behalf. The name of the artisan or workshop shown on a product page (or on a “shop” page) presents the maker of the item: it is not the seller and is not a party to the contract of sale with the buyer.
The buyer has no payment to make to an artisan. Any complaint, return request or refund request is addressed to Morosko.
3. Products
Product pages describe the essential characteristics of the items (material, size, maker, price). Photographs are provided for illustration; Morosko strives to make them accurate. Only items that can be added to the cart and paid for are offered for sale.
4. Prices
Prices are shown and invoiced in euros (€), in the format 148,00 €.
Prices in euros, customs duties and import taxes included, all-inclusive delivery in France. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Morosko does not charge VAT.
The price displayed is the final price for delivery in France: it includes customs duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees, paid by Morosko when the items are imported into France (see article 7).
All-inclusive delivery in France is free from 190 € of purchases, for all pieces (ATLAS collection and partner artisans), calculated after discounts; below 190 €, a single flat fee of 25 € per order applies, whatever the number of pieces or artisans. Morosko pays shipping, never the artisan. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before payment is confirmed and are added to the price of the items.
Morosko reserves the right to correct an obvious pricing error; in that case, the buyer is informed and may cancel the order free of charge.
5. Orders
- The buyer selects the items and checks the cart, the delivery address and the total amount in euros.
- The buyer ticks the mandatory “I accept the Terms of Sale” box: without this acceptance, the payment and the order cannot be confirmed. The buyer then pays by card.
- The order is final once the payment is authorised. Morosko then sends an order confirmation to the email address provided.
Morosko may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason (item unavailable, suspected fraud, previous dispute). If Morosko cancels an order after payment, the buyer is refunded in full.
Before confirming payment, the buyer can check the details of the order and its total price, and correct any input errors by going back to the cart. The contract is concluded in French. For any order of 120 € or more, Morosko archives the contract for 10 years and guarantees the buyer access to it on simple request to contact@morosko.ma (articles L213-1 and D213-1 of the French Consumer Code). The order confirmation sent by email includes these Terms of Sale.
5 bis. Pre-orders
Some pieces may be offered for pre-order. The product page states this clearly and gives the planned shipping date or lead time. The price is charged when the order is placed. If the announced date cannot be met, Morosko informs the buyer by email. The buyer may then cancel the order and be refunded in full within 14 days, under the conditions of articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code. The 14-day withdrawal period runs from receipt of the piece.
5 ter. Rewards of the Ulule campaign
Contributions are paid on the Ulule platform, under Ulule’s terms of use and the campaign page. Until the end of the campaign, a contribution can be cancelled on Ulule free of charge; if the goal is not reached, contributors are refunded automatically by Ulule. Once the campaign has succeeded, the reward constitutes a sale concluded between the contributor and Morosko, governed by these Terms of Sale, in particular for delivery, the right of withdrawal (article 8), refunds (article 9) and guarantees (article 10). Reward prices are identical to the prices displayed on the Site, without discount, and include delivery. By way of derogation from article 7, rewards are shipped from France and delivered in France and in the other countries of the European Union, with no delivery cost and nothing to pay on delivery. The 14-day withdrawal period runs from receipt of the piece; it can be exercised from the “Withdraw from contract here” page of the Site, stating the Ulule contribution number, or by any of the means provided in article 8. The refund covers the amount paid for the reward and is made by Morosko.
Rewards are shipped from January 2027, or on the date given on the campaign page if it provides one. For rewards, delivery is estimated in March 2027 and takes place no later than 30 April 2027. For rewards, this deadline constitutes the agreed delivery date provided for in article 7. If it cannot be met, Morosko informs the contributor, who may then cancel and be refunded under the conditions of article 5 bis.
6. Payment
- Payment is made online through the provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland), by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), by Link, by Klarna, by Amazon Pay, or by Apple Pay or Google Pay when these options are displayed. The payment methods available are those presented at the payment step.
- Payment is secure: the buyer may be asked to confirm the transaction with their bank through strong customer authentication (3D Secure).
- Prices are expressed and invoiced in euros.
- Payment is collected when the order is confirmed, including for a pre-order. With Klarna, payment is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ), under its own terms and the instalment plan chosen; Morosko receives the full amount. Conversion fees may be applied by the buyer’s bank if the card is not denominated in euros; they are not collected by Morosko.
- Card data is entered and processed by Stripe. Morosko neither receives nor stores card numbers.
- Payment on delivery (cash on delivery) is not offered. No other payment method is accepted, and no payment must be made directly to an artisan.
7. Delivery, customs and import taxes
All-inclusive delivery in France, nothing to pay on delivery.
Items are delivered in metropolitan France only. They are shipped from France (Paris), by tracked shipping with Colissimo or an equivalent carrier, under the terms of the Shipping page (/shipping/).
The delivery date is the one shown on the product page and confirmed when the order is placed. For pieces from the ATLAS collection, shipments from Paris start in January 2027. After shipping, delivery generally takes 2 to 5 working days. If no date is shown, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order (article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code).
If the agreed delivery date is not met, Morosko informs the buyer, who may then cancel the order and be refunded in full within 14 days, under the conditions of articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code.
The items are made in Fès (Morocco), materials included. They are brought to France in batches and declared to customs on import by Morosko, which pays the customs duties and import VAT. The items are therefore shipped to the buyer already cleared through customs, “delivered duty paid” (DDP): the buyer has nothing to pay on delivery, whatever the amount of the order.
If a carrier nevertheless asks the buyer for any amount, the buyer is invited not to pay it and to contact Morosko first (contact@morosko.ma · +212 6 84 73 08 21). Any amount already paid is refunded by Morosko on proof, within 14 days of receipt of that proof.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Subject to the applicable legal exceptions, the buyer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal and return an eligible item, as set out on the Returns page (/returns/).
You can exercise your right of withdrawal online, free of charge, from the “Withdraw from contract here” page, available at the bottom of every page of the Site and from your “Mon compte” (My account) area, “Commandes” (Orders) section. You can also use the model withdrawal form in the annex to these Terms of Sale, or send us any other unambiguous statement, by email to contact@morosko.ma or by post. When you use the online function, we send you without delay, by email, an acknowledgement of receipt setting out the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent.
Returns are handled by Morosko: requests are sent to contact@morosko.ma or to +212 6 84 73 08 21. Pieces are returned to the address given on the Returns page and in the acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal. This return address applies to orders placed on the Site.
The cost of sending the item back is borne by the buyer (art. L221-23 of the French Consumer Code), unless the item is defective, non-conforming or damaged on arrival, or Morosko made a mistake in the shipment: in those cases, the cost is borne by Morosko.
In the event of withdrawal, Morosko refunds the price paid and the initial delivery costs, at the standard rate (art. L221-24 of the French Consumer Code). Customs duties and import VAT paid by Morosko remain at its expense; they are never deducted from the refund due to the buyer.
In the event of total or partial withdrawal, Morosko refunds the delivery costs paid for the order (flat fee of 25 €), once per order. No delivery cost is charged afterwards, including when an order delivered free of charge falls back below the 190 € threshold.
9. Refunds
Refunds are made by Morosko, in euros, to the payment method used for the order (card, Link, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay), via Stripe, unless the buyer expressly agrees to another payment method, and at no cost to the buyer, under the conditions and within the time limits set out on the Returns page (/returns/). The time it takes for the refund to appear on the statement depends on the buyer’s bank. Nothing is withheld in respect of import duties and taxes.
10. Guarantee and conformity
Morosko, as seller, is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Complaints: contact@morosko.ma, or EI GHALI KHOMSI – MOROSKO, 35 rue du Sergent Bauchat, 75012 Paris, France.
The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only has to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared. Where the contract of sale of the goods provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for a period of more than two years, the legal guarantee applies to that digital content or digital service throughout the planned supply period. During this period, the consumer only has to establish the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service, not the date on which it appeared. The legal guarantee of conformity entails the obligation for the professional, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to keep the goods in conformity. The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience. If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee. If the consumer requests repair of the goods but the seller imposes replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement of the goods. The consumer may obtain a reduction of the purchase price while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and obtain a full refund against return of the goods, if: 1° the professional refuses to repair or replace the goods; 2° the repair or replacement of the goods takes place after a period of thirty days; 3° the repair or replacement of the goods causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the costs of installing the repaired or replacement goods; 4° the lack of conformity of the goods persists despite the seller’s unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity. The consumer is also entitled to a reduction of the price of the goods or to termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to request repair or replacement of the goods first. The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor. Any period during which the goods are immobilised for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the goods are returned in working order. The rights mentioned above result from the application of articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who in bad faith obstructs the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code). The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund against return of the goods.
11. Liability
Morosko uses reasonable means to present accurate offers. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or of an act attributable to the buyer.
12. Personal data
See Privacy (/privacy/), which describes in particular the processing of payment data by Stripe.
13. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, subject to the more protective mandatory provisions applicable to the consumer buyer, in particular those of the buyer’s country of residence.
Jurisdiction: the courts having jurisdiction under the legal rules, the consumer being able to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
Consumer mediator: being appointed; details provided on request at contact@morosko.ma.
14. Transition to the future Moroccan company
As soon as it is registered, the future Moroccan company will take over the contracts and the collection of payments, with a local payment provider. Customers will be informed by email and on the Site before any new order; the updated terms will apply only to orders placed after this notice.
Orders already placed remain governed by the terms accepted when the order was placed, including for returns and refunds.
The personal data needed to continue the customer relationship will be transferred to the future Moroccan company for this purpose only, as stated in the Privacy Policy (/privacy/).
